Building Learning Organizations
For me, it's building a learning organization. improving some usability problems doesn't necessarily translate into contributing to the big picture. My biggest joy is really, you know, talking to people, having those hammments. And bringing this to teams is something that i genuinely enjoy about being the researcher and binging the data mens.
