What Are the Trends in the Future of Work?

One of the big trends in the future of work is towards part time, hybrid arrangements and gig work force inter connections. Not surprisingly, casual workers are more keen to come back to work than full time people are. We've seen how you feel about your job itself jump up the charts in terms of what is a predictor of how you're feeling about your well being. One of the things you've written about is employer well being as a polistic concept. So can you talk as through what employers can do to promote that, and is there a business case for doing so?
