Bringing an in-Counsel to the FDA

The biggest reason was that there were so many of these legal opinions that we needed to get to really know what the path was. Outside council is really expensive. And they do not know what you're doing nor do they care. FDA actually just has really good guidance on their website. They have some helpful guidance that just says, if your product meets certain criteria and what those criteria are pretty easy to understand.
