The word power in itself can feel almost like it's an it can be an uncomfortable word. I think, you know, there's a way of reframing it for people to think about it more in a positive light because it sometimes has more strongly political and maybe aggressive meaning. And the claim is true for mobilizing bosses and colleagues. You can learn this. In fact, we've proven this personality as a driver of success in our study was under 5% under 5%.
