React Native - Is Hermes the New Engine?
Hermes is now the default engine on both platforms. You can still turn it off if you need to or want to, but why would you? It's so fast. On Android Samsung Galaxy specifically, the startup time is 51% faster with Hermes and quite a bit, 93 megabytes in memory consumption.
