Every loan officer, and this goes for just about every sales professional, you need a routine. In many cases we don't want to be predictable. But in work and in business, you neednt be predictabe because you ned a routine. You need habits. You need to create really good habits. On theme days, for me as a lender, was a great, easy way for me to not have to geek out in due time blocking,. but for me to understand that on monday, this is what i'm going to accomplish. And again, i didn't teach this. I was taught, taught this or master i didn't make this up.
