The First Amendment and the Insurrection Act

I don't think anybody's at this point claiming that Trump should be prosecuted for loudly and incorrectly trumpeting the idea that the election was fraudulent. The argument that he's just expressing his opinion, I think, stops short because this is what circumnavigating the law looks like. Like if you were going to overturn an election from the certified legitimate process, you'd either have a military coup or you'd do something like this. We're just we're just talking about the legal proceedings, not the shitbaggery.
