Training a VA

When you're training a VA, make sure that you're going to be very clear in regards to your expectations on delivery as well. Always ask them to send you at least one bullet-pointed email every single day and cover an average of what they'll do all day. The more direct I can be with my staff the better the results we get for our clients.
