Deficit in Credit Growth - Would You Worry About It Right Now?

The head of a private bank said we have to fix this, otherwise it can affect credit growth and eventually I think the economic rate of expansion as well. That was really exciting. But considering two factors, one is the small savings rates that the government gives tied into the certain formula that it has plus the rate of inflation. So if I'm actually spending more for my tomatoes and onions, logically I would have less to save either in Casa accounts or that is current and savings accounts or fixed term deposits over time. How would you view, given all this, how would you view deposit rate? Would you worry about it right now? Considering it's 8% so probably my sitting mind is
