Will the Supreme Court Abide by the Constitution?

The Supreme Court is expected to issue an opinion on a case involving the rights of people in the constitution. CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't think we'll see it until later this year, if at all. The court has been known to take its time with decisions that affect individual rights or other politically sensitive issues. "I know we will have to find out."
