Early Gold Directed Therapy

Early gold directed therapy was the very first study to put early gold rectetherapy on the map. The aggressive group, which involved transusion thresrolds, showed an absolute risk of mortality reduction by ten per cent in house and 16 per cent at 28 days. All these patients had a allott ef ibasiv lines and required inbasive modering. And ultimately, authors found no difference in 60, 90 or one year mortality and no difference in secondary outcomes. So what does this all mean? Probably that protocols don't necessarily improve survival.
