Aristotle said that common sense beliefs are those which you cannot contradict or deny, or even indeed examine. And yet they are premised in all our thinking and doing. So there was some sort of constructor that he saw. The argument is between those who think we are born with them, that they are innate, and those who Think we learn them te the empiricist.
