Hiring Too Late
When it comes to hiring, hire a slow fire first, and be deliberate. If you're hiring as reactive staff, it's hardly ever going to be right. And also, very quickly you know if it's working or not. Don't pretend, oh, that's why, that a change and and that person is going to work. People like to be liked by other people. But your job is to provide feedback to people that work with you. It creates malas within your organization. Other people see it. Your high standard at you had with the first employees get lowered, lowered, lowered,. and that's not good. You gon for next time.
