Kind of the biological impact of chronic stress assaults and the physiological changes that happen when your body is constantly being assaulted by stress hormones. LZ: When you think about race in America, there is a concentration of this. And we understand that no matter who you are, where you're from, if you're underinsured or uninsured, you're going to do less well. He says health care policies still have vestiges of structural racism in them. lz: To many, they're invisible and to others, they're acute and life threatening.
