Seizures and Developmental Delays in a Child's Brain

CNN's Kelly Wallace has two young sons. One of the boys started having seizures when he was 11 months old. The doctors were concerned about what would happen to his brain in the long term if he kept having them. His diagnosis is that he has global development delays, which really just means that he has significant or some of his therapists would call it severe developmental delays.
