The US Can't Build Poor People Half a House

For doctor stoloff, the biggest hurdle to an incremental building project working in the us. Isn't a matter of ty or legality, it would be an embarrassment. We think everybody should be able to find their own way out of poverty. But that is the expectation. And we are not in a scarcity economy, and we could afford to give people an entire house but by lords, we don't.
