I love how in your book you have you've actually made it real and you've given it life by giving examples. I recall that one scenario where you paint a picture of somebody going to work and then looking at his supervisor and the supervisor not smiling back like he used to every morning towards you. The whole cycle of or the perceived stress of oh maybe there is something wrong inciting a lot of stress in one's body. You know finding out that the supervisor has had something done to his face with some Botox can be very bad for someone under stress.
