How to Strengthen Your Spinatus

A lot of time it's super spinatus so if you're doing all these cross over motions and it's really close to the body then your shoulder starts hurting. MTB in counts which is thumbs down what's in front of the body and then lifting the arm in front of your face holding your dumbbell as well will work that muscle. There was a lot of exercises with without video so yeah yeah if you haven't looked at any of those that's like a couple of key movements which I found really useful for that that's all climbing.
