The Importance of Market Structure Regulations for Bitcoin

I think it's our duty now though to really get out and speak at this point. We can't just sit back and let this thing play its course. I'd actually spent a bit of time with like the Bitcoin policy groups, you know, a year, year and a half ago. The first question is what should be the market structure regulations? What are the oversight rules there? Should we have safe arbors? Like those are the things that get worked out in the legal process but they're not necessarily constitutionally protected.
