The TPI on Meaning in the Kleptopia Case
Tom Burgess wrote a book called Kleptopia and was sued by Eurasian National Resources Corporation Limited. The case went to a TPI on meaning in entirely what is now the normal way, performance just as nickel in the judge and charge the lists. And it was essentially on proper application of legal principles wasn't defamatory of the claimant because even in the extent to which it referred to it, a company wasn't capable of being responsible for murder.
