Are You T-Boned in the Middle of Nowhere?

The car end to accident that Roger had in Florida was really weird. He apparently waited 30 minutes, then got in Uber leaving the scene of his alleged assassination attempt. The crash itself happened in Germantown, Tennessee and their police department has a habit of giving people updates on things like traffic situations. There's no other tweets about car accidents or traffic issues since October 24th. But here's how I ended up wasting so much time. It seems more likely to be t-boned in an area where there are more cars around you. That's just math in my head.
