Yevgeny Progosian's War
Yevgeny Progosian is a former Russian MP. He served years in a penal colony from 1981 until 1990. After his release, he set up a hot dog stand in St Petersburg. From there, he expanded into supermarkets and then restaurants. In early February, he's filmed in a Sukhoi Su 24 fighter plane,. challenging the Ukrainian president to a dogfight.
