Do You Have a Prerequisite to Skip or Gallop for Height?

I want it to be fun for our young athletes. I want them to use it as, again, t strategy. It's a something that we can implement that is a coordination challenge. We're still going to go an nice, easy, i just say, like skip in the park for our kids. If it's just kind of like a, you know, introduction, skip,. i'll do the same thing for a 25 year old professional athlete and so on. But by no stretch of the imagination, like a leat level athletes, a alot of the the shin and lower limb disruptions come up.
