Trade Deficits - Evidence of a Strong Economy
A lot of articles about thi trade deficit as being evidence of a strong us. Economy. They're saying, this just shows that americans have a veracious appetite for i ports. And because our economy is stronger than everybody else's, we're sucking in all these imports. It's a trade surplus that evidences strength. A deficit evidenceis weakness. This is george orwell, double speak. That's why donald trump was able to win on that formula, because he told the truth about how bad America's economy was.
