The Importance of Proper Fasting

I try to expose myself to as many of the, you know, natural kind of wavelengths as possible during the day and even at night. The full moon without keep you awake or help with sleep. Same thing with natural with fire too, doesn't affect your melatonin. So there's definitely sex differences here too that I think are important to acknowledge. Men seem to do very well with prolonged fasting. Women in certain phases of their menstrual cycle will do fine with some longer fasting. If you're going to fast, fast during the luteal phase.
