The Wave of PDF Usage

I think what made me do go WTF this year was house looking belly bank, you know, like had their catastrophe of closing and then just seeing the internet feast on that carcass. Kyle? I don't have a good like specific one, um, but to me, I think the biggest thing has been how much like everything's been in waves so far this year. And it feels like right now we're ramping up in the PDF mode. The fact that we're just hitting all these cycles has been very strange to me.
