The Chinese Communist Party Is Not Friends With Democracies

The Chinese Communist Party is not friends with democracies. It has no interest in furthering democratic views or transparencies in government. So we need to accept what kind of relationship with China we have, we sell them stuff and they buy stuff from us. That's the relationship it's transactional. And anything beyond that is really just not possible because our systems are just too different. I hope the government do the right thing and make the right investments as part of that process.
