The James Webb telescope is designed to specifically look for highly red shifted light due to the expansion of the universe evolving and increasing over time. The believers in this alternative model suggests the universe is not expanding. They suggest that the universe cannot evolve to form galaxies in such a short amount of time. And they misconstrued what the Big Bang actually says about formation of galaxies.
