Doing Something With the Environment Might Have an Impact on the Local Community

The Vercauld Estate is home to grouch shooting, deer stalking and coniferous woodland. It also has about 311 kilometres of tracks that are used by the public - including 83 kilometres of core paths. We've got about 19 light farms, mainly sheep and cattle, a little bit of arable near Bellator. The best use of land will depend on how you view these three different elements: environment, economy and community.
