Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Every person we send to that work group or into that environment, seems seems to come back not performing to the standard we would like. I don't believe that most organizations go out and hang up a shingle and look for bad people. It's really the system we put em in, as opposed to the people themselves. And lots of times organizational psychologists get accused of being too academic with constructs that nobody knows what the hecket means.
