I didn't know that because when I was in HR you could you can say what is your current salary right and now you can't. She said well they do that because they don't want the the discreet you know so if a man comes in and he says well I was making a hundred thousand dollars I want a hundred thousand a woman comes in and she's doing the exact same job but their salaries are different. So it's unconscious bias right or whatever and so I never knew that so I that was new to me and so it is interesting we should get an employment lawyer or somebody on the show because it would be really interesting to hear how companies do that like how do they decide on
