How I Become a Farmer

In 1980, I mean, my dad, we had 500 broke cows and we cut silids and grew a corn crop. And he still ran his business. Me and four brothers and one sister pretty much handled the farm. So we learned how to work pretty bad. He had a lot of strange ideas. We kept some prize pool in the barn. But mostly my drive was toward getting into farming. In particular cotton. Exactly.
