One o one is about scheduling. If it's not scheduled, it doesn't happen. So i get people to pimp their calendars. I think a lot of brainless just doing it causes organizational drag. Well, could you shear a favourite quilt, something you find inspiring? well, i have to say, i like just don't do it. That really works for me. And i tend to think about that first.
