The Government Is a Never Ending Railroad

I know what it's like to be in the state department during some type of crisis. It was really hard for me to feel bad for them, because i'm like, you guys did this instead of spending all little stupid programmes you guys invented so that you had something to do during the day. The government is a never ending railroad. And if they finish the railroad, they realize they might get moved to a different building or moved somewhere else. I mean, god knows they won't get fired, because you can't fire bureaucrats. But basically, they have to come up with a reason to just build the railroad around the world twice, and then three times, and then whatever it like
