What Are the Benefits of Nuts?

We don't recommend people to go nuts about eating nuts. We do want people to maintain at a level of about 15 to 30 grams per day. A lot of the beneficial compounds are found on the skin of the nuts. So when you prepare your nuts whether it's in cooking or in baking or consuming them on its own make sure that you consume the skin and nuts together for all the nutrients coming from nuts.
