How to Eat a Lot of Meals a Day

Eating six times a day is like eating 5,000 calorie meals. I'm not worried about digesting. We're talking of straight vanity metrics. You just want to stop eating 45 minutes before bed. That's also a myth by the way. If you eat late at night You're not gonna gain fat any differently than you would any time any other time a day and it does affect your REM sleep which getting deeper sleep.
