How to Work Out Your Salary Range

Employers need to think about what would it cost them to lose someone, and how much value are they adding to the business? I like to have the salary range really clear from the outset of employment again. So that again, it's all upfront and transparent. We're seeing that shift slightly now with the pay transparency laws. But spelling out from the beginning means that you can stop some of those issues bubbling up where you get a sense of entitlement or constant requests for pay reviews.
