Can't Like Evict People in the Tri-State in New York State

In Canada they did another thing where they were giving people money over several months and it's like thousand dollars. The Canadian government is sort of just like nationalizing that so it's just like if you're a worker and you're now unemployed we're gonna give you this amount of money per month. You can't evict someone in the tri-state in New York state you can't eviction someone I don't know what that means whatever.
