Are You Having Impact on Other People?

FJs struggle with the functions you use extroverted thinking. There's people that struggle with introverted feeling. They don't like me and the way I show up to the world. And knowing that about them lets me help interface with them better, be more humble in those ways. We do legitimately have impact on other people when we're talking to them. How we approach them matters. It really does matter.
