The China Study: Milk Causes Cancer
The China Study, written by Campbell and Esselstein, looked at the population of China. They did an epidemiologic analysis. And what they came up with was that the consumption of dairy correlated with increased incidence of cancer. There's no data that suggests that drinking milk increases the risk for cancer.
