The Vatican Bank Is the Underwrite of the Road and Belt Initiative
I knew about the pope requesting the funds be deposited by the end of September. But I didn't know the Chinese angle to that. It was common knowledge among all the Cardinals and Luke's tongues share all this information. We get this from people all over the church. That's a $780 billion deal with Prince Rupert agreement July 23. That's to underwrite what's called the Road and Belt Initiative. And the Vatican is the underwrite with that.
