The Path to Journalism
When I was a teenager, I always felt slightly... I wouldn't say look down upon for that, but slightly undermined. Like I had to work harder to be serious or to be taken seriously. So I really looked up to people like K-TAD or Oleg Aaron who were kind of pushing back the boundaries and putting themselves out there. And then from student radio to a post-grad in journalism to shuttling around the country working in different regional newsrooms is a great fun one. How did you find it? "I joined BBC Radio Wells just after the foot and mouth pandemic - so this is quite a long time ago"
