The Water Works of the Depression Era

The all American canal was built to divert the Colorado River water so that it never goes into Mexico. The first three were like fake fish from a West Anderson movie to me, but then you got to the tilapia and it was back on board. But at one point, these, the salt and sea was California's most productive fishery.
