The indictment explicitly accused Jeff Clark of trying to coerce his colleagues into sending that proof of concept letter, the one where he told Georgia legislators that there was an ongoing investigation into electoral far out in Georgia. So as you recall, the Jeff Rosen and, and Rich Donahue said, hell no, we're not sending that letter. And at the same time, this is January 3rd, right? Like they're three days away from the joint session of Congress and counting the electoral votes and certifying Joe Biden as president. The reason to do that is because they're running out of time, and they know it.
