How to Reframe a Procrastination
"I look at it as me waiting and procrastinating as a block for me learning the lesson that I need to learn. And so when I look at anything that's me heading into the unknown, I look at the waiting or the procrastinating on it as a hinderer," he says. "So ask yourself what you could gain versus what could go wrong. What lesson will you learn? Step number three, ask yourself, what lesson am I going to learn here?" He adds: "And then identify the benefit you get by waiting."
