How to Improve Your Sleep Quality

If you chronically ingest caffeine at high doses, you lose that benefit and actually might start to impair performance. You're probably seeing the same thing like that with alcohol. So not something that we would recommend is a great resource for improving the quality of your sleep. Even if you are increasing deep sleep or slow wave sleep, you're harming a lot of other things,. Increasing arousal in the second half of the night, frequent urination, etc. Not worth it.
