What Is a Secondary Headache?
The patient is a young woman with no significant past medical history, who presented initially with b symptoms notable for weight loss, cough, fevers, headache and malays. The underlying presence of an infection such as t b is a huge red flag in the context of a secondary headache since she is at high risk for developing sequele including meningitis and sephalitis or a brain abscess. Unfortunately, this patient not only has head aches, but also convulsions and irrelevant talking.
