The Importance of Cognitive Thinking
I wondered whether that whole thing he has about we tell each other stories all the time about money, about the economy and religion is where his thinking comes from. And maybe part of why he became a historian. The only time he actually saw that it was sort of okay to be gay was by reading about ancient Greece. He's got this fantastic ability to categorize things. But I think academics are going to attack him because it's not possible to write about the whole of world history over 80,000 years without getting a few things wrong.
