The Relationship Between Insecurities and the Will to Enjoy Yourself
I think there's a direct connection between those kinds of insecurities and sort of the willingness to take, find the pleasure and the joy now. There was an idea I slightly tried to trace in my previous book, The Antidot as well. You can't believe that it's impossible to believe that like everything's going to all be fine then and then you'll be able to enjoy yourself. That's exactly why you might as well enjoy yourself now.
