The Vertical Needs to Change
Vertical in terms of policy, mabel just sa cas, when you choose an area. Horizontal is when you say we need to invest in horizontal kind of background conditions. You shouldn't choosing sectors or technologies but big problems like getting plastic out of the ocean and carbo neutral cities in london. That's how i use vertical, and that's why i talk about missions and moon shots as adi way to define the vertical.
